The estate and the wine |
Nestled on the slopes of Bué, Pierre Morin is making a name for himself among the elite winemakers of Sancerre. With humility and skill, he discreetly carves out his own path on 10 hectares, producing wines that are as balanced as they are pure—thanks to organic farming practices. His whites are exceptionally pure and his reds have a delightful crispness. |

Fully expressing the minerality of Bué’s terroir, the 2023 White Sancerre is a pure, precise wine with no influence from oak aging. Its bright, fresh nose reveals vibrant citrus aromas, while the palate is delicate, refined, and focused, showcasing its unadorned character. This is an excellent white for aperitifs, pairing beautifully with smoked, marinated, or fried fish, as well as seafood. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee. |
