Wine The 2019 South Australia Bin 389 Red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah sourced from diverse climates across the region, aged in American oak. It opens with fresh menthol notes, followed by rich, abundant blackcurrant and black cherry, with a touch of cedar and vanilla on the finish. The palate is generous, seamlessly textured, and polished, with exceptionally silky tannins—offering a glimpse of the magic of Grange in an approachable style. Rated 92/100 by Parker and 94/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, 38% of which are new.
