The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine The Chaudière family at Château Pesquié produces irresistibly juicy, fruit-forward wines, all from organically farmed, high-altitude vineyards that lend incredible finesse and elegance to every bottle.

With the guidance of renowned oenologist Emmanuel Gagnepain, and Olivier Poussier regularly overseeing blends and quality improvements across their 100-hectare estate, it’s no wonder Château Pesquié consistently earns top marks from the Parker Guide, securing its place as a standout in the region.
Wine The 2022 red IGP Méditerranée Le Paradou is a 100% Cinsault that opens with a refined, fresh palette, with notes of cherries in syrup in particular, and a very restrained ageing process that emphasizes the fruity character. The palate is suave, the tannins delicate, and the whole is beautifully mature. Enjoy it over the next three years with grilled meats, cured meats and all summer dishes. In Magnum format, conviviality is at its best. Rated 91/100 by the committee.
Vinification Hand harvested. Maceration for approximately 15 days in concrete vats with gentle extraction. Aged in stainless steel vats.
