Wine Born from pure granite terroir in a ripe and balanced vintage, the 2023 White Condrieu La Bonnette combines richness and finesse in perfect harmony. Aromas of ripe fruit, exotic notes, and floral accents unfold in a complex, precise, and refreshingly vibrant profile. Vinified without oak, this white wine retains its distinctive mineral character, showcasing crisp balance and impressive persistence.
Vinification Vines with an average age of 25 years on granitic arena soil, south-west exposure.
Harvested by hand. Alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts at low temperature and aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats only. No malolactic fermentation.
