The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Founded in Reims in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart, this is the oldest Champagne House. With a unique history, this central figure in the Champagne region has endured through the centuries to become a symbol of French art de vivre, a tradition the brand has championed for nearly 300 years. A true pioneer in the industry, Ruinart is renowned for its intense champagnes, celebrated for their aromatic freshness and the distinctive character of Chardonnay. These champagnes, steeped in history, have stood the test of time and continue to captivate us today!
Wine With a Chardonnay dominance (55%) and a very low dosage, the 2010 R de Ruinart Blanc Millésimé Champagne is a dense, profound wine, showcasing a brilliant mineral character alongside notes of dried fruits, toasted hazelnuts, and gingerbread—a result of well-managed aging. It extends with precision and balance to a savoury finish. Still remarkably fresh, it has been rated 93/100 by Bettane+Desseauve. In magnum format, it promises double the enjoyment and an unforgettable moment of shared conviviality!
Vinification Hand-harvested, with alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for at least 11 years on the lees.

Dosage: 5.5 g/L.
