By blending ancient native varieties with modern grapes, practicing organic farming, and aging wines in both barrels and buried amphorae, Celler del Roure has developed a distinctive approach centered on uncompromising quality.

Situated at 600 meters above sea level and influenced by the nearby sea, the vineyard produces standout cuvées. These wines, marked by their freshness and vibrancy, honor the deep traditions of this historic winemaking region.
Wine Primarily crafted from Monastrell and aged in French oak barrels, the 2020 Valencia Red Les Alcusses strikes a perfect balance between freshness and elegance. The nose is inviting, with smoky, almost savory hints complemented by floral undertones. On the palate, it impresses with its refined structure, precise tannins, and vibrant acidity. Ripe, savory, and complex, this wine delivers both depth and power in equal measure. Rated 93/100 by Parker.
Vinification Hand harvested in 15 kg crates. Traditional maceration in stainless steel vats for around 12 days. Aged for 1 year in French oak barrels and tuns.
