Wine The 2022 WO Swartland Palladius White is a remarkable white wine, built for aging and perfect pairings, and an exceptional success in this vintage. Green apple and citrus notes intertwine seamlessly with hints of minerality and stone fruits, creating a beautifully balanced profile that is both refined and substantial. Its pronounced acidity is complemented by firm tannins and a long, lingering finish.

Vinification Hand harvested. Vinification using indigenous yeasts. Whole grapes pressed and vinified in amphorae and ovoid concrete vats. Aged for 12 months on lees, then 12 months in tuns.
