With a focus on pure, expressive Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the estate produces honest, well-balanced wines that offer depth and precision without excess. Add to that their remarkable value, and it’s easy to see why this domaine stands out vintage after vintage.
Wine Born from an undeniably remarkable vintage, the Givry red 2022 immediately charms with its delightful aromas of Burlat cherry and morello cherry, showcasing the true essence of Pinot Noir. With its pleasing texture, it offers a juicy, sharp, and vibrant fruit character, complemented by elegant tannins and just the right touch of oak. This Givry is ready for immediate enjoyment, yet it also possesses the potential to evolve gracefully in the cellar over the next decade.
Vinification Hand-harvested, totally de-stemmed, traditional vinification.
Aged for 10 months in oak barrels for 5% of the harvest, then in vats for the remaining 50%.
