With a focus on the pure expression of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, combined with impressively fair pricing, the estate consistently delivers honest, full-bodied wines that strike a perfect balance without unnecessary extravagance.
Wine The 2023 White Givry Premier Cru Crausot is a generous Chardonnay with impressive depth, showcasing aromas of perfectly ripened stone fruit. It achieves a fine balance between freshness and volume, with delicate floral notes complemented by subtle hints of toast and oak. Rich and full-bodied, this wine pairs beautifully with poultry or creamy fish dishes.
Vinification Hand harvested, 100% destemmed. Traditional vinification, cold maceration for 3 to 4 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation in vats. Aged for 10 months in oak barrels, 1/3 new and 2/3 of 1 and 2 wines.
