The estate and the wine |
In the heart of Piedmont, south of Turin, sisters Monica and Daniela Tibaldi carefully tend their family’s 7-hectare estate in the rolling hills of Pocapaglia. This high-altitude terroir, nestled in the mountains, allows them to produce pure, authentic wines, both white and red, that draw freshness and finesse from the cool climate.
With organic farming, carefully measured aging, and a focus on elegance, this small, under-the-radar estate has quickly become a favorite of our Selection Committee, winning us over with the clarity and natural balance of its wines. |

The 2020 Roero Arneis White is a fresh, lively, and effortlessly charming wine. Its delicate floral and white fruit aromas, accented by hints of anise and dried herbs, make it instantly appealing. On the palate, it’s crisp and refreshing, with remarkable finesse and elegance. A perfect apéritif white, best enjoyed with antipasti. Rated 16/20 by our Selection Committee. |
