In 1818, Madame Clicquot broke with tradition by creating the very first rosé Champagne blend. Crafted from the traditional Brut Carte Jaune blend, it is enhanced with 12% specially selected red Pinot Noir, revealing a vibrant aromatic palette. Expect aromas of red and black fruits, along with spicy notes and a hint of brioche. This Pinot Noir dominance, achieved through a maceration process, provides structure, while the reserve wines contribute power and intensity. This cuvée is both indulgent and fresh, perfectly balanced and rich in flavor. |
