Wine The Beaumes de Venise Arcane L’Étoile Red NV is a blend of several vintages, sourced from parcels at 500 meters altitude on the coolest terroirs of the appellation, with sandy, limestone, and clay soils. Aromas of dried flowers and macerated fruits create a pure and delicate bouquet. The wine is generous, with abundant fruit framed by silky, well-integrated tannins. There’s a vibrant freshness, giving the impression of a wine with a decade of evolution, making it both refined and easy to drink. Perfectly suited for pairing with ribeye or game dishes. Rated 95/100 by Jeb Dunnuck.
