The 2022 White Mâcon-Chaintré Les Pierres Polies already offers complete satisfaction! This is a pure, fresh Chardonnay with dominant floral notes and hints of almond. Its restrained aging complements the ripe fruit, delivering a fresh, balanced wine with a subtle bitterness on the finish. Enjoy this cuvée in the coming months, paired with escargot or gougères. Showing great aging potential, the 2022 White Pouilly-Fuissé Les Châtaigniers Vieilles Vignes already offers an exciting expression of Chardonnay on limestone soils. From vines aged 40 to 60 years, this wine reveals a ripe, floral nose with a beautiful chalky touch and refined oak influence. The palate reflects this maturity, bringing richness and elegance, all enhanced by expertly managed aging. It will benefit from an additional 6 months to a year to fully integrate its elements.
