Talented winemaker Nicolas Raffy champions these schist-laden soils, rich with limestone, black marl, and granite. He meticulously selects steep parcels and perfects the blends and aging processes to elevate the wines to the highest level.

Now a Mediterranean benchmark, the momentum set in motion 25 years ago by Olivier Decelle—also the owner of Château Jean Faure in Saint-Emilion—has crafted a flawless range of generous, pure cuvées, nearly earning them a third RVF star.

Selected from 17 parcels of limestone and schist soils, the 2022 Maury Sec Red blends Grenache Noir, Carignan, and Syrah to create an impressively vibrant and fruit-driven wine. Completely unfiltered, it offers a clean and bright expression, shaped by the ripeness of the vintage and the freshness of the terroir, with a balanced profile maintained through concrete tank ageing.
