Harvested from the vineyard’s coolest parcels to balance the warmth of the vintage, the 2022 Red Bierzo Ultreia Saint-Jacques is a brilliant showcase of finesse and precision. The aromatics are fresh and lifted, revealing delicate notes with no trace of overripeness. The palate is vibrant and finely structured, with silky tannins and a refined texture. Careful aging in barrels and large foudres (without new oak) adds depth without overshadowing the wine’s natural character.
