Anchored by equal parts Roussanne and Marsanne, and crafted from six parcels spanning the length of the appellation, the 2023 White Saint-Joseph Dimanche à Lima is a beautifully textured wine. Its aromatic profile, with notes of apricot and yellow flowers, reflects ripe grapes in a clear, pure, and precise bouquet. On the palate, subtle oak aging, with a touch of new barrels, brings depth, roundness, and richness. This is a wine with texture and substance, enhanced by mineral-driven bitters that lend persistence. An impressive achievement. Rated 92/100 by the Committee."
