Just 25 kilometres from the ocean, on limestone soils cooled by Atlantic breezes, this trailblazing estate explores every facet of Tannat — the signature grape of Madiran. Gabriel harvests at varying stages of ripeness and vinifies without added sulphites, using only wild yeasts, to capture the grape’s most natural expression.

After successful collaborations across the globe, from Mas Doix in Priorat to Clos Apalta with Michel Rolland, this rising star of winemaking has chosen Uruguay as his creative playground, pushing boundaries and exploring uncharted territory to bring his bold ideas to life.

A pure Tannat wine, the 2020 Red Uruguay Revolution Tannat is a wine of great density, carried by aromas of red fruits and undergrowth, candied fruits and blackberries.
