Made from young Chenin Blanc vines planted on granite soils, the 2022 Western Cape Hereafter Here White opens with vibrant aromas of juicy white fruit, delicate herbs, and a touch of citrus. Its fine, smooth texture carries great intensity while remaining effortlessly drinkable—a wine that holds its own alongside the finest Chenins from the Loire Valley.Vinification:
Hand harvested, the grapes are sorted in the vineyard and pressed whole grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 2 months in old barrels of different sizes. Aged for 12 months then 6 months in vats before bottling.Color:

Delicate aromas of apple and pear emphasised by fresh herbs and a hint of citrus.Palate:
