Sur ce millésime tardif, l’Alsace Pinot Gris Cuvée Albert Blanc 2021 s’exprime avc franchise et fraîcheur. C’est un vin tendre et croquant, partiellement élevé en amphores, à la fois léger et très savoureux. Idéal en apéritif ou sur un foie gras au naturel. A privilégier sur un curry thaï de poisson. Noté 92/100 par le Comité.

Vinification:

Manual harvest, pneumatic pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged on lees.

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Powerful and complex, with aromas of fresh fruit and hints of kumquat.

Palate:

This wine offers precise, delicate depth, revealing a beautiful salinity and long, dynamic finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
