Vinification:

Hand harvested. Long and gentle pressing. Fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Matured on delicate lees in century-old wooden casks.

Bright pale yellow.

A classic and fresh aromatic profile characterised by mineral/smoky/petrol notes.

Palate:

A magnificent balance with a delicate concentration on a full and delicate texture.

Serve at 10 to 12°C.
