Wine:

True to its grape, the 2023 White Riesling is a vibrant wine with irresistible appeal! Vinified without any oak, it showcases the full range of the varietal, opening with a pure, fresh, and floral nose featuring notes of white fruit, tropical fruit, and a hint of pepper. The palate reveals a delicate, tangy profile with fresh, sparkling juice and a touch of minerality that adds an elegant finish. Light, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, this white is ready to drink now and will continue to evolve for 5+ years. Ideal for starting a meal, it pairs beautifully with shellfish, cheese, or raw fish.

Vinification:

Hand harvested and whole grapes pressed. Natural fermentation lasts up to 3 months, followed by several months' ageing in vats.
