Wine:

The 2022 Red Ribbon Ridge AVA Pinot Noir is a beautifully crafted wine, showcasing ripe, infused aromas with remarkable freshness. Its fine tannins, balanced profile, and generous texture create a wine that is both harmonious and full of depth. Elegant and meticulously made, this captivating Pinot Noir has excellent aging potential of up to 10 years. A Selection Committee favorite, rated 94/100.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts in small vats for 15 to 18 days. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, 33% of which are new. No fining or filtration.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.

Food and wine pairing:

Confit of beef cheek, rack of veal with morel mushrooms, roast pommes grenaille, guinea fowl stuffed with porcini mushrooms.

From now until 2034, and beyond for enthusiasts.
