Vinification:

Hand harvested: March 21 - March 29, 2018. Aged in oak barrels, 20% new and 80% old (83% French and 17% American) for 18 months before blending and bottling.
The 6 oldest plots in the Hill of Grace vineyard, including 2 planted in 1860 and 1910, are used for this wine.
Vineyard cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.
