A safe haven of triumphant Beaujolais, Guénaël Jambon is contributing to the impressive renaissance of this vineyard. In Morgon, the homeland of age-worthy wines, he crafts intense, deep, and sappy reds; Gamay earns its noble status here, rooted in hillsides of granite and schist from volcanic rocks that give these wines their complexity and minerality.
