Wine:
The pure 2020 Red Morgon is a deep, concentrated, and perfectly ripe Gamay wine that combines toasted notes with abundant flavors of fruit. The velvety and full-bodied palate is the hallmark of one of the estate's greatest vintages, with a superior body and dimension, skilfully contained by silky tannins and careful ageing. A true aging wine that it would be a shame to open too soon. Rated 94/100 by the Committee.Vinification:
Hand harvested, maceration of 3 to 4 weeks, fermentation punctuated by punching down and pumping over.Aged for 10 months in concrete vats and new French oak barrels and one to two wines.
