The 2019 Saint-Estephe once again delivers the best expression of the appellation, between power and consistency. On this beautiful and perfectly ripe vintage, it offers intense notes of black fruits and a smoky touch. The tannins are still firm and the wine is full-bodied. Body, density, freshness: here is a great bottle that combines all the best assets. At this price, it is exceptional.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels (17% new).Color:

Ripe and fresh, blue plum jam and black fruit flavors punctuated by hints of blonde wood and a touch of smoke.Palate:
Velvety, of good consistency, rich, full-bodied and pure with beautiful notes of liquorice , this bottle marvelously brings together the expression of Saint-Estephe, combining maturity, power, density and freshness.
Temperature:
Decant 1 to 2 hours before serving between 16 and 18°C.Food and wine pairing:
