Wine:

The 2019 Red Margaux by VALAP strikes a perfect balance of volume and finesse, showcasing the full expression of this prized terroir. Aromatic notes of balsamic and menthol highlight the ripeness of the Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by hints of cedar, charcoal, and blackcurrant. This Margaux stands out for its freshness, depth, and well-proportioned tannins. Crafted from the young vines of Château Brane-Cantenac, it is a fine example of the appellation, offering length and harmony with the potential to age beautifully for 10 to 15 years.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Aged for 12 months.

Nose:

Aromas of blackcurrant mixed with balsamic and mentholated notes and scents of charcoal and cedar.

Palate:

The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with flavors of beautifully ripened fruit. Framed by well-structured tannins, this cuvée combines volume and texture with depth, freshness, and a long, perfectly balanced finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
