Wine:

True to its signature style, the 2009 Château Langoa Barton Saint-Julien captivates with its graceful, layered palate. Vibrant fruit is accompanied by spices, a hint of fresh leather, and firm tannins. It’s a pure delight, with a refined texture and rich dark fruit flavors that have mellowed beautifully over more than a decade of aging, leading to a radiant finish. Vinification:

Hand harvested, then the grapes are meticulously sorted and crushed before being transferred to thermo-regulated wooden vats.
Aged between 16 and 18 months in French oak barrels of which 60% are new.

Straightforward and pleasant with beautiful aromas of black fruits underlined by a spicy, peppery depth.
