With its invaluable aging potential, the 2012 Château Latour is one of the great Bordeaux wines. With a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon sober and elegant, this is one of the most mythical estates in Pauillac! 2012 is immediately drinkable and can be aged for another five to ten years, depending on consumer preferences.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats for around 3 weeks. Aged in French oak barrels.
