Château Latour, a commanding estate in Pauillac, holds a distinct position within the hierarchy of Classified Growths. Exceptionally consistent, this First Growth is at the pinnacle of its craft each year, continually pushing the boundaries of refinement and excellence. Now liberated from the Bordeaux en primeur system, the château opts not to sell its young wines like its counterparts but instead ages them on the estate to be released when they reach maturity.

François Pinault, the owner, and Frédéric Engerer, the general manager, thus ensure the wine is reserved for the most opportune moment, adding to its excellence and biodynamic management, a truly unique approach.
