Wine:

Now at a beautiful stage of evolution, this 2015 Red Graves wine is framed by ripe, refined tannins, revealing delicate black fruit notes within a deep, velvety structure. Dense yet perfectly balanced, it embodies the classic Bordeaux style, having developed with remarkable finesse over time. A perfect match for slow-cooked meats or roasted poularde.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, completely destemmed, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel conical tanks for 4 to 5 weeks, aged for 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels, 40% of which are new.

Color:

Dark red with carmine highlights.

Nose:

Notes of ripe fruit infused with the scent of mild tobacco.

Palate:

Deep and velvety, with rich, juicy fruit flavors at its core. The oak influence is both refined and modern, enhancing the dense, ripe fruit aromas while maintaining perfect balance with the silky, smooth tannins.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
