Château Larmande - Saint-Emilion grand cru - Rouge - 2023

One of Saint-Emilion's oldest estates, founded in the 16th century!

A Grand Cru Classé, Château Larmande is located to the north of the appellation, and comprises some twenty hectares in a single block, divided between clay-limestone and sand. Recent investments have enabled us to improve the spirit of the place, as well as the techniques and resources devoted to winemaking. The wine shows charm, with ripe, crunchy fruit, which, in this fine 2023 vintage, should be perfectly seductive.

The wine displays volume and greediness of fruit in a loose, efficient and particularly charming body.

Prices have not caught up with the upward curve in quality... so take note!
