Château Olivier, a splendid estate on the outskirts of Bordeaux, is one of Pessac-Léognan's not-to-be-missed estates. Its privileged setting, surrounded by woods and forests, goes hand in hand with a demand for quality, and this Grand Cru Classé continues to offer complex, precise and tasty wines, faithful reflections of their terroir. Now organically grown, the cru has undergone profound changes, with a growing proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon planted on gravel since 2005, the new driving force behind these splendid reds!
For the 2023 vintage, La Revue du Vin de France emphasizes and appreciates this return to blending, which gives the wine great class. Tending towards aging, it's an intense, muscular and slender Pessac with a fine build.
A great success that should be snapped up without hesitation!
