Wine:

Powered by a well-rounded vintage of excellent constitution, the 2019 Red Bordeaux Supérieur displays beautiful notes of truffle, black fruits and spices in an open and tasty style. The body is concentrated and intense, with notes of macerated fruit. Serve with grilled or stewed red meat.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvesting after several maturity controls, the berries are then sorted 3 times. Cold pre-fermentation maceration in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and natural malolactic fermentation. 50% of the wine is matured in French oak barrels for 8 months.

Color:

Dark red-ruby of good intensity.

Nose:

Subtly perfumed with aromas of black truffle, very ripe blackcurrant and balsamic, accented with a spicy touch.

Palate:

Dense and textured, offering a delicate, concentrated palate with juicy, almost macerated flavors of fruit and a long, lingering finish.

Temperature:

Serve at 16 to 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Grilled beef tomahawk and roasted pumpkin with spices, lentils and boletus risotto.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2029 and beyond for enthusiasts.
