Sourced from three parcels on slightly more clay-rich soil spanning 1.40 hectares, the 2022 Chablis Premier Cru La Fourchaume White is a wine of impressive stature with an intensely mineral profile. Hand harvested. Blend of 3 plots covering a total area of 1.40 ha.

Color:

Bright light gold.

Intense shell profile underlined by floral fragrances.

Palate:

Full-bodied and lively, with round fruit, this wine unfurls a juice with a clean structure and great depth of texture.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C in a large glass.
