Wine:
The 2020 white Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru is the perfect embodiment of the estate's style, with great depth and fleshiness. It expresses the richness of the year through sun-drenched fruit, but without excess. A delicate note of wheat and bread crust emerges at first sight, a toasted accent, which will fade to leave its place to the fruit as the great maturity of its aging will melt over time. Let it grow for a good ten years at least. Rated 97/100 RVF.Vinification:

Propelled in a very short time among the legends of Burgundy, with two stars in the RVF Guide Vert, the Bruno Colin estate is one of the undisputed references of Chassagne-Montrachet. Since 2004, this outstanding winemaker has been making his way without fail to the top of his appellation, defending a pure and stylish vision of Burgundy Chardonnay.
Essentially spread between Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin, his vineyard covers 9 hectares which are impeccably kept, guaranteeing straight and slender wines that are masterfully vinified. The wines impress by their precision of texture, both in white and red, and their coherence with their terroir of origin.
