The 2020 red Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru is one of Burgundy's finest wines. A ruby-red color, notes of blackcurrant and blackberry and a fresh palate with good tension and a long finish - that's how you recognize this great wine from the estate, which has been awarded a 97/100 by the Guide RVF!Vinification:
Hand harvested. Vinification 80% whole grapes. 40% matured in new barrels, 60% in barrels aged 1, 2 or 3 years. After 14 months' ageing, the wines are racked into vats, rested for 3 months and bottled without filtering or fining.
