Firmly rooted in its terroir, the 2021 red Clos Vougeot Grand Cru is certainly one of the world's best-known crus, illustrated here with brio. Sixty-year-old vines endow this cru with smoky notes, black fruits and impressive restrained power. A wine for the future.Vinification:
Hand-harvested. Vinification 80% whole grapes. 40% matured in new barrels, 60% in barrels aged 1, 2 or 3 years. After 14 months' ageing, the wines are racked into vats, rested for 3 months and bottled without filtration or fining.Color:
