Wine:

Perfectly ripe and fresh, the 2021 white Burgundy Côte d'Or is a frank and lively Chardonnay, which is already very pleasant. The palate is stylish and fresh. It can be waited for and enjoyed fully for another 5 years or more.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinified and aged on fine lees in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new, for 12 months.

Color:

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

Scents of white fruits punctuated with notes of honeysuckle.

Palate:

Fresh and stylish with delicate flavors of fruit, this wine of beautiful maturity delivers a frank and ample, finely buttered palate.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Marinated pork spider, swordfish filet marinated in lime, fresh goat cheese.
