The 2022 White Meursault Vieilles Vignes combines concentration, finesse, and remarkable precision. Sourced from old vines in parcels near Volnay, it offers a layered, structured profile with vibrant freshness at its core. The palate balances generous texture with bright acidity, showcasing depth and energy. The carefully controlled aging adds complexity without overpowering, allowing the wine’s purity to shine. A beautifully poised Meursault with excellent aging potential. Rated 94/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, vinified and aged on fine lees in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new, for 18 months.

Nose:

Very pure, marked by floral and fruity notes, underlined by hints of vanilla.

Palate:

Fresh and concentrated, with vibrant, radiant flavours, this cuvée reveals a pure, precise profile supported by bright acidity and refined, luxurious aging.

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Poularde with cream and morel mushrooms, sea bass stuffed with scallops, brie with truffles.
