Wine:

The 2021 white Burgundy to offer immense enjoyment and pleasure, thanks to old vines over 60 years old that lend it unique depth, and meticulous winemaking that elevates it above the ordinary. It's a particularly mineral and mouthwatering wine, with remarkable purity, featuring citrus and white fruit notes, well extended in this fresh vintage. Here, the distinguished character of the Puligny area from which this wine originates is evident. A first step that is already very high!

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, vines located in the commune of Puligny-Montrachet, Lieu-dit La Combe, direct pressing without crushing, 48-hour static settling, aged 12 months in barrels (20% of which are new), then 6 months in stainless steel tanks, bottled according to the lunar calendar.

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

White fruit fragrances with citrus notes.

Palate:

Sappy, with a gentle minerality, this deep cuvée offers gourmet juice, great purity and immediate pleasure.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
