Wine:

Crafted from vines nearly 50 years old and vinified without oak influence, the 2022 Burgundy Pinot Noir is pure enjoyment—a true ode to Pinot Noir. This wine is a perfect introduction to the estate’s style, showcasing the winemaker’s skill in creating a smooth, velvety, and fruity wine that’s ideal for enjoying as an aperitif.

Vinification:

Hand harvested from 46-year-old vines. Traditional vinification. Aged for 2 months in stainless steel vats.

Color:

Intense ruby red.

Nose:

Delicately scented with red and black fruits in a fresh, gourmet style.

Palate:

A velvety texture with delicate, coated tannins, an elegant wine with no woody overtones.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Duck tournedos with grapes, veal sweetbreads with black truffles, Maine farm beef rib steak with coarse salt, truffled poularde.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2028.
