Wine:
The 2021 white Puligny-Montrachet exudes a wonderful sense of purity and finesse. Crystal-clear, it presents a pleasant initial burst of fruit that lasts persistently, within a finely crafted and sculpted body. A perfect ambassador of the appellation, it can also be cellared for some additional time.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Vines aged from 19 to 49 years. Soils: clay and limestone. Aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months, then matured en masse in stainless-steel vats for around 6 months to homogenize, refine and enrich the wine. Bottling during a favorable lunar period.
Temperature:
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a Gran Ultima glass.Food and wine pairing:
