Wine:

With its precise, shell-like nose, the 2022 White Chablis Les Allées du Vignoble delivers the quintessence of the cru. It's a charming white wine with just the right amount of body and lively acidity on the finish. Typical of Chablis, with its mineral and saline character, it seduces with its ample texture and nervous, ripe, nuanced body. A perfect match for seafood or fish.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvesting at night, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations carried out entirely in stainless steel tanks.
Aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for a minimum of 6 months.

Color:

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Beautiful minerality and great freshness, marked by shell aromas, very typical of Chablis.

Palate:

Fresh and beautifully ripe, with lively flavors of fruit, this full-bodied wine offers a mineral, saline juice with a delicate, acidic finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

An accomplished figure in Chablis, Michel Laroche is one of the appellation's tenors.
