Wine:

With excellent structure, the 2022 white Meursault combines perfect ripeness with the delicate tension of Chardonnay. This fresh, fleshy white wine has impressive depth and well-integrated oak, making it enjoyable in two to three years and for the next decade. An impeccable bottle. Vinification:

Hand-harvested early September 2022. Vines 35 years old. Clay-limestone terroir. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged in oak barrels.

Color:

Bright, light golden yellow.

Nose:

Aromas of yellow and white fruits with delicate floral notes.

Palate:

Fresh and full-bodied, this wine releases a beautifully mature, full-bodied juice with perfectly integrated oak.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C in a large glass.

Food and wine pairing:

Pheasant in cream sauce, veal kidneys in Madeira sauce, velouté of porcini mushrooms, Mont d'Or.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2030, and even longer for enthusiasts.
