Since 2010, Chanterêves has been the home of two remarkable talents: Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott. Tomoko honed her craft in Germany’s Rheingau region, working with esteemed producers such as Peter Jakob Kühn and Georg Breuer. Guillaume, on the other hand, gained his expertise at Domaine Simon Bize in Savigny-lès-Beaune and Étienne Sauzet in Puligny-Montrachet.
Building on these formative experiences, the pair joined forces to create their own wines—cuvées that reflect their shared precision, delicacy, and emotional resonance.
Practicing organic farming, whole-cluster fermentation for reds, gentle vinification, native yeasts, minimal sulfur use, no filtration, and aging without new oak, they adhere to the highest standards of winemaking excellence. Their micro-production has quickly garnered a devoted following among enthusiasts seeking purity and character.
