From 80 ares, Bourgogne Chardonnay Blanc 2021 is frank and fresh, with ripe fruit and lovely white fruit aromas. Round and taut at the same time, with a perfectly integrated woodiness, it offers everything you'd expect from a fine Chardonnay: a seductive, complete wine for its appellation.Vinification:
Harvested by hand. Aged for 12 months in 350-litre barrels, 15 to 20% of which are new, then 4 to 6 months in vats before bottling.Parcel of 0.80 ha. Soil: clay-limestone.
