From now until 2040.Largely under the radar but closely followed by our sommelier Christian Martray, Estate Castagnier crafts wines that truly reflect their Burgundian origins. Jérôme Castagnier meticulously tends to some of the region’s most prestigious terroirs—Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, and Vougeot—with unwavering dedication. His approach blends biodynamic-inspired practices with traditional barrel aging, incorporating a careful proportion of new oak to enhance complexity while preserving the purity of each cru.
