With its intense aromas, the 2021 Red Vosne-Romanée displays full-bodied fruit, an elegant, racy structure and a long, powerful finish with energetic sap. A fine bottle that will keep for a decade or more.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, 50% whole grapes, 17-day vatting with punching of the cap at the foot, pressing, followed by 2 weeks' settling before 14 months' ageing in barrels (30% new), 70% of one, two or three wines, followed by 3 months in vats.Certified organic wine.
