The 2022 white Hautes Côtes de Nuits Burgundy is a wine of great purity, opening with floral and chalky notes, followed by a barely perceptible hint of aging in well-integrated oak. The palate is finely structured, showcasing a beautiful mineral tension and lasting persistence. This bottle can be enjoyed today, ideally with aeration or served in large glasses, and is perfect for savoring over the next 3 to 5 years.

Harvested by hand.

Color:

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

Beautiful floral and chalky notes in the foreground, followed by barely perceptible, very lightly oaky ageing.

Palate:

Fine and fresh with delicate fruit, this cuvée releases a juice with fine mineral tension and great persistence.

Temperature:

Decant before serving between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, Bresse poultry in cream sauce or roasted, strong cheeses.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2027, and even longer for enthusiasts.
